Getting a job in Real Estate

Getting a job in Real Estate.

I have been speaking at a lot of Real Estate Career’s Nights recently, the latest at Barry Plant Narre Warren, where I was fortunate enough to meet with a lot of people that were wanting to get a job in real estate.

LinkLearn offers to help every student that is looking for a job in real estate by putting them forward to real estate offices that are looking to recruit new sales people, new property managers or new administration staff into their real estate business.

During the night I was horrified by stories where people had been trying to complete their agent representative course with another provider for the last 6 or 12 months. Many attendees were telling me that they had failed their agent representative course with another provider and then asked to pay again. I find this disgraceful that other providers are blatantly ripping people off. LinkLearn guarantees to help our students pass their agent representative course by working with them (and not just charge them extra if they fail).

However, some great advice from the Career’s Night was the perseverance is the key to getting a job in Real Estate. You need to submit your resume multiple times to multiple job ads, and when you aren’t successful, you have to keep trying. You will probably not be successful the first time of apply for a job in real estate, but don’t give up, you must keep trying.
