Why get your Queensland Real Estate Agent Licence?

The real estate landscape is changing, increasing the need for agents to have an extensive and powerful personal brand. Agents with a Full Real Estate Agent Licence are Earning more, gaining more credibility and gaining better listings by using their full licence. Sellers are now choosing who to entrust their property with based on the agent’s personal brand, before even meeting with the agent.

Agents that are marketing themselves as a Fully Licensed Real Estate Agent are strengthening their personal brand, winning  more listings and are protecting their fee.
