We only work with a very small number of people in each intake. To be accepted you must have been referred by one of our good friends and meet our suitability requirements. A lot of people want an exclusive LinkLearn Certificate (mainly because of the credibility, high-quality training and industry confidence).

Before gaining a Real Estate Licence (Class 2), the Government requires you to have certain educational qualifications to register (this is known as an ‘Real Estate Licence Course’). We will help via our Real Estate Licence Course.

Our 'Real Estate Licence' Course, also known as CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice, includes the following units:

CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate
CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
CPPREP4101 Appraise property for sale or lease
CPPREP4102 Market property
CPPREP4103 Establish vendor relationships
CPPREP4104 Establish buyer relationships
CPPREP4105 Sell property
CPPREP4121 Establish landlord relationships
CPPREP4122 Manage tenant relationships
CPPREP4123 Manage tenancy
CPPREP4124 End tenancy
CPPREP4125 Transact in trust accounts
CPPREP4504 Deliver presentations to clients in real estate
CPPREP4506 Manage offsite and lone worker safety in real estate
CPPREP4161 Undertake pre-auction processes

Students will enrol and complete the CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice with us ACBD Pty Ltd t/a LinkLearn (RTO#40908). Upon successful assessment LinkLearn will issue graduates with a CPP41419 Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and a transcript of results that lists the units of competency that the student has achieved competency. LinkLearn is not CRICOS registered and cannot enrol and deliver education services to students in Australia on a student visa. LinkLearn’s sole revenue stream is learner paid fee for service for real estate courses and it has never participated in any Employer arrangements such as Apprenticeships, Government Funding or Traineeships, and has no plans to do so.

Note: You may already have these units or others prior to enrolling. We will discuss and provide you with all the information for the Credit Transfer (and RPL) process prior to enrolment.
