We use your experience to get you exemptions throughout the Diploma of Property Course via our unique method called the WBL (Workplace Based Learning). We can get you exemptions without making you sit unrealistically difficult RPL exams or having to take time off work to attend ‘5 day’ workshops to only receive multiple assignments post-workshop. We want you to have a smooth experience so you will tell everyone about how good we are.

We help you collate evidence of your experience to work out what you already know and cut these areas out of the course.

After we as much evidence of your experience as you can provide, Lane will go through the evidence and gain you significant exemptions by using his qualifications and your experience. LinkLearn’s unique process means that by simply providing us with a Portfolio of your experience and knowledge, which we’ll help you build, you’ll be able to cash-in what you’ve learnt from working in the industry. We will assess you based on your workplace experience and not make you endure the time wasting and costly indignity of going back to school.

How long does it take to complete the Diploma of Property Course?

We’ve had people complete in 4 days, we’ve had people complete in 4 weeks, it’s completely dependent on the individual as it’s 100% self-paced and we use your experience to significantly reduce the amount of work that you need to do. We will work with you every step of the way to help you get it done in the timeframe you want to complete it in.

The course length will be adjusted to accommodate clients learning requirements, this may be completed as quickly or slowly as suits the student but still within the appropriate volume of learning requirements.

Who is eligible for this Diploma of Property Course?

You are required to have your Full Real Estate Licence for at least 3 year prior to enrolling into this Diploma of Property Course. And like any accredited course students must demonstrate basic language, literacy and numeracy skills during Pre-Enrolment with the RTO. The Student Handbook can be found by clicking here.

How much does the Diploma of Property Course cost?

There are cheap courses, there are Government Funded courses, and there are workshop courses out there – so many of our students started with these other courses and then came to us when they couldn’t complete. We work with busy agents that can’t afford to take time away from making money.

Money$AFE – If we fail you, we will give you your money back. Unlike the others that charge you more each time you fail. This means we will work with you to help you pass.

Completing a Real Estate course online was my only option as I am French and was still overseas while completing the courses. I made the right decision by choosing LinkLearn. I was very suspicious in signing up to Linklearn, I was new to Australia and didn't know where to start (I was previously a Property Manager in New Zealand), or who to go with to get my Agents Rep. Cert as there were a few options! These guys are the Real Deal - The Bees Knees. I had tossed up changing careers for a long time, ended up enrolling with Kaplan - what a mistake that was! Whilst working Full Time and dealing with the ups & downs of life, I had only managed to chip away at several questions across the separate units, and had not even realised how long the assignments were! Only 6 months had passed when I realised (not that I had ever had ANY contact from them since paying them) I had only a few days left to submit or I would fail; which I did, because I was never able to get it done. That was about 700 bucks gone (although they did ask for another 270 odd to "try again") and a big hole in my motivation to get into Real Estate. A few months later, a friend of mine - after laughing in my face at going with Kaplan - referred me to LinkLearn. Less than a week later, I was holding my Certificate in one hand and a nice cold glass of satisfaction and motivation in the other. A great alternative to standard classroom courses. For those who are time poor, studying with LinkLearn gives you the opportunity to study at your own pace and in your own time.
