How WBL works…
We can get you exemptions without making you sit unrealistically difficult RPL exams or having to take time off work to attend ‘5 day’ workshops to only receive multiple assignments post-workshop. We want everyone to have a smooth experience so they will tell everyone about how good we are.

What’s involved?:

1 – enrol and 15 minutes later you will receive everything to get started. We help you collate evidence of your experience to work out what you already know and cut these areas out of the course.

2 – After we gather as much evidence of your experience as you can provide, we will go through the evidence and gain you significant exemptions by using our WBL process. For the areas that you don’t have experience in, we will customise some alternative, easy to understand activities for you to plug any gaps.

3 – Celebrate you’re completed!

We’ve helped experienced agents that you know complete in 4 days, due to their experience and our unique WBL process.

We’ve had people complete in 4 days, we’ve had people complete in 4 weeks, it’s completely dependent on the individual as it’s 100% self-paced and we use your experience to significantly reduce the amount of work that you need to do. We will work with you every step of the way to help you get it done in the timeframe you want to complete it in.

The course length will be adjusted to accommodate clients learning requirements, this may be completed as quickly or slowly as suits the student but still within the appropriate volume of learning requirements.

In Victoria, Consumer Affairs have set the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) as the educational requirements to obtain a Full Real Estate Licence. Students will enrol and complete the 24 units from the CPP40307 Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) with The Australian School of Business & Law (National Provider # 31206). Upon successful assessment the RTO will issue the student with a Statement of Attainment that lists the units of competency that the student has been deemed competent in. The Student Handbook can be found by clicking here. You are required to have the 3 Agent Representative Course Units prior to enrolling into our Real Estate Licensing Courses. And like any accredited course students must demonstrate basic language, literacy and numeracy skills during Pre-Enrolment with the RTO.

These costs include all fees and we NEVER charge extra.
Direct Deposit is only available for the Upfront Payment Option please contact us on 1300 877 735. Monthly Payment Plan; your provided Credit Card will be deducted on the day of you completing the registration form and then on the monthly anniversary of today’s date (+/- 3 days, due to weekends and public holidays) until all payments have been successfully completed (payment dates are able to be changed with approval of LinkLearn’s CEO in writing). In accordance with Clause 7.3 of the Standards for RTO’s, fees collected in advance of services provided will not exceed $1500. If course fees are greater than $1500, the following schedule will be implement: $1,500  Prior to Commencement, Balance Upon Issue of RPL/Course Materials.
